As part of our brand promise, we’re also committed to doubling down on executing operational excellence in all Wendy’s restaurants to ensure a consistent experience for our customers whether they visit a Wendy’s in Washington, DC or Washington state.

To ensure we are delivering on our promise to the 200 million customers that visit our more than 6,000 U.S. restaurants every year, we’re investing in more Field Operations Manager (FOM) roles to partner with Wendy’s franchisees and restaurant teams to drive operational performance. The FOM will work directly with around 120 restaurants in a designated geographical area to ensure those Wendy’s restaurant teams are delivering operational execution, our brand standards, exceptional customer experiences, increased customer visits and increasing market share at the restaurant level.
